Our CRM tracks customer interactions through email, telephone, text, and other channels, including reads and click-through rates in order to enhance customer experience throughout our sales and support processes.

Orders

In addition to the information we request from you during registration, we may also request billing contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Bug Reports

So that we may provide the best possible user experience, when code on our site or inside one of our apps crashes, a bug report is created and sent to our bug reporting service. This bug report is anonymized as much as possible but may still contain personal information. A cookie may be used in order to provide this information.

Flownotices uses Digital Ocean for cloud hosting of our server and database assets. Their security details, privacy policy, and data processing agreement can be found here.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
